Each apartment has been pre-wired to provide for both wired and wireless computer networking, as well as distributed digital terrestrial and satellite services.  Integrated audio visual (AV) outlets in key rooms provide connectivity back to a central ‘hub’ with equipment connection options at both low and high level.  As an example, Sky+ HD can be installed in the lounge but also watched elsewhere, and the master bedroom can have its own Blu-ray player installed below a wall mounted screen.  Owners can essentially choose where to hook up equipment without the need for additional, unsightly cabling.  In addition, each apartment hub includes an incoming fibre optic feed to allow for future high capacity media services.
